单作用叶片泵的工作原理
单作用叶片泵构造 基本结构:定子、转子、叶片、配油盘(吸、排口)、壳体(吸、排接管)、前、后 盖板。 定子型线是圆,转子也是园,二者存在偏心距。 片间工作空间:叶片、定子内表面、转子外表面、配油盘或盖板围成。
单作用叶片泵的工作原理 泵由转子、定子、叶片、配油盘和端盖等部件所组成。定子的内表面是圆柱形孔。转子和 定子之间存在着偏心。叶片在转子的槽内可灵活滑动,在转子转动时的离心力以及通入叶片根部压 力油的作用下,叶片顶部贴紧在定子内表面上,于是两相邻叶片、配油盘、定子和转子间便形成了 一个个密封的工作腔。当转子按逆时针方向旋转时,叶片向外伸出,密封工作腔容积逐渐增大,产生真空,于是通过吸油口和配油盘上窗口将油吸入。而在图的左侧。叶片往里缩进, 密封腔的容积逐渐缩小,密封腔中的油液经配油盘另一窗口和压油口 被压出而输出到系统中去。这种泵在转子转一转过程中,吸油压油各一次,故称单作用泵。转子受到径向液压不平衡作用力, 故又称非平衡式泵,其轴承负载较大。改变定子和转子间的偏心量,便可改变泵的排量,故这种泵 都是变量泵。
液压泵按照排量是否可调分为定量泵和变量泵;按照结构可分为柱塞泵、叶片泵和齿轮泵。
1、外啮合齿轮泵一般为定量泵
应用:一般用于低压(<2.5MPa)大流量的场合;
优点:结构简单,尺寸小,质量小,价格低廉,工作可靠,维护容易,对油污染不敏感;
缺点:磨损严重,泄露大,工作压力的提高受限;
2、叶片泵分为单作用叶片泵和双作用叶片泵,单作用叶片泵一般为变量泵,双作用叶片泵一般为定量泵。
应用:一般用于专用机床、自动化设备中的中低压液压系统中;
优点:工作压力较高,工作平稳,噪声小,寿命长;
缺点:结构复杂,对油污影响较为敏感;
3、柱塞泵分为径向柱塞泵和轴向柱塞泵,可用于变量;
应用:广泛应用于高压、大流量、大功率的系统中以及流量需要调节的场合,比如龙门刨床、拉床、工程机械、船舶上等;
优点:压力高,结构紧凑,效率高,流量调节方便;
缺点:对油污影响很敏感;
液压泵的应用主要总结为:
(1)在机床液压系统中,一般选用双作用叶片泵和限压式变量泵;
(2)在筑路机械、港口机械及小型工程机械中,一般采用抗污染性能较强的齿轮泵;
(3)在负载大、功率大的场合,一般采用柱塞泵。

油泵流量调节变补偿压力阀在油泵流量调节阀上加,上比例电磁铁,通过改变电流可改变其电磁力,此电磁力作用在流量调节阀上,实际上是改变了弹簧力,上面己说明油泵流量调节阀的补偿压力取决于弹簧力,改变弹簧力也就改变了补偿压力。补偿压力与电流I成直线关系。在不同的补偿压力下,供给液压作用元件的流量与阀杆行程的关系。降低△PLS,供油量减少;阀秆行程增大,流量增加比较平缓。改变控制电流能使补偿压力变化,补偿压力变化能改变去液压作用元件的流量,起调速作用,变△PLS控制能更好地适应不同作业工况的流量需要,特别是改善了精细作业微动性能;另外随着发动机转速改变,泵的流量随着变化,补偿压力也应随之改变。应当说明,补偿压力阀输出的控制油直接操纵液压泵变量油缸,而功率阀输出的控制油经补偿压力阀操纵液压泵变量油缸,因此两阀的控制关系为补偿压力阀优先。各液压作用元件液压回路动臂、斗杆和铲斗液压回路其特征为:1.在油缸的两条油路中都设有限压阀防止过载;2.动臂和斗杆的液压回路中若需要可采用再生阀杆,实现再生功能。
行走液压回路由以下阀组成:限压阀二个 分别限制行走马达两油路压力,又起补油作用;平衡阀防止下坡时超速;制动操纵阀由左右油路通过梭形阀引入压力油,在压力油作用下此阀打开,压力油通向制动器;减压阀在 压力油通向制动器的途中设减压阀,使通向制动器的油压降低,制动器承受较低压力,

行走液压系统主用来实现剪叉式高空作业平台平稳行走,通过相应液压元件的控制,可实现行走制动的启停及高低速行走。电机泵为整个行走系统提供动力,过滤器用来过滤液压回油,调压阀用来控制整个行走液压系统的压力,制动器用来实现行走的启停,通过电磁换向阀与电磁换向阀配合使用,可实现剪叉前进与后退高低速行走,通过单向阀和的配合使用,可以防止马达在系统停止供油时继续行走出现吸空,保证马达侧管路充满液压油。
